Importance of LME inventory in Metals Trading

LME stands for London Metal Exchange, which is the largest exchange for metals traders. There are so many warehouses of the metal commodity in London and around. LME reports daily commodity stock levels in its warehouses.  On holiday, the Exchange reports the data the next day. 

Importance of LME data in Metals Trading :

As we know that demand and supply play an important role in the price of any commodity or other asset class. So, if you see that the warehouses' stock level of any commodity is increasing continuously, you can understand it as the demand for that commodity is decreasing. But, if you see that the warehouses' stock level of any commodity is decreasing continuously, you can understand it as the demand for that commodity is increasing. We know that demand and price have co-relation. 

Watching the inventory changes you can gauge the early sign of price moves, but volume and trends should also be supportive for better decisions making. 

LME का मतलब लंदन मेटल एक्सचेंज  है, जो मेटल ट्रेडर्स के लिए सबसे बड़ा एक्सचेंज है। लंदन और उसके आसपास मेटल कमोडिटी के बहुत सारे गोदाम हैं। एलएमई अपने गोदामों में दैनिक कमोडिटी स्टॉक स्तरों की रिपोर्ट करता है। छुट्टी के दिन, एक्सचेंज अगले दिन डेटा की रिपोर्ट करता है।

धातु व्यापार में एलएमई डेटा का महत्व:
जैसा कि हम जानते हैं कि मांग और आपूर्ति किसी भी वस्तु या अन्य परिसंपत्ति वर्ग की कीमत में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। इसलिए, यदि आप देखते हैं कि किसी वस्तु का गोदामों का स्टॉक स्तर लगातार बढ़ रहा है, तो आप इसे समझ सकते हैं क्योंकि उस वस्तु की मांग घट रही है। लेकिन, यदि आप देखते हैं कि किसी वस्तु के गोदामों का स्टॉक स्तर लगातार घट रहा है, तो आप समझ सकते हैं कि उस वस्तु की मांग बढ़ रही है। हम जानते हैं कि मांग और कीमत का सह-संबंध है।

इन्वेंट्री परिवर्तनों को देखकर आप कीमतों में उतार-चढ़ाव के शुरुआती संकेतों का अनुमान लगा सकते हैं, लेकिन बेहतर निर्णय लेने के लिए वॉल्यूम और रुझान भी सहायक होने चाहिए।
